How is risk management related to project methodology?
The constant growth of project management methodology alternatives allowed projects to pursue more and more ambitious goals during these last few years.
Though, this diversity also implies that an adaptation of practices like risk management is more than ever necessary to fit the chosen project management approach and allow projects to reach their goals.
In this interactive presentation, we will explore risk management and associated practices across different project management approaches: traditional, agile and scaled agile. For each of those, we will consistently detail the following aspects: Who? What? How and when?
- WHO is in charge of risk identification and management?
- WHAT? Which risk categories are frequently represented?
- HOW? Which tools allow such a risk management approach?
- WHEN do we need to identify/manage risks?
